Storm Causes Hole & Water Damage

During a powerful wind and rain storm, a tree fell on this family’s home.  Because the tree fell in the midst of the storm, further damage was caused while the rain water continued to flow in through the damaged roof.  Once the tree was removed the remediation process began.  As a standard of any water remediation job we not only clear and dry any visible standing water, we go through the home and check the moisture content in the walls with our water meter.  We meter the walls to help us  determine how much of the sheetrock and insulation will need to be removed.  Once all damaged areas of the home were removed, the reconstruction process began.
