We Act Fast To Stop Mold In It's Tracks

This is where water infiltrated into a downstairs apartment from the shareholders apartment above.  We take moisture readings to ensure it is not an old water stain and not actually currently wet.  We also test the moisture to determine where the water is coming from and where it is going to.  IN this instance we found the dishwasher was leaking.  Cut out ceiling sheet rock, removed wall where water was seeping down the wall and found mold in the ceiling and wall cavities that were opened.  Cleaned and applied anti-microbials.  Coupled with fans to dry the space, we set up equipment to create negative air in order to keep mold from spreading through the apartment.
